Have you looked at the Baby Stella dolls for Scarlett?  When you said she likes to shove pacifiers in your face, I thought of these dolls since they have a magnet pacifier they can take off and on.  They're machine washable and have tons of adorable accessories you can get for them.

We got one for my niece for her 1st birthday and she loves her.
