I did one at Becoming Mom in Mason, and it was worth every penny. She did a great job, and the video was to kids" instrumental songs. It still makes me cry when I watch it. I think we were there for 45 minutes, and the tech pointed out every little detail. LOVED IT!
I did mine at 28 weeks on my birthday. It was probably one of my favorite bday "gifts" ever. It was so cool. My OB's office did them, but if they didn't do it, I'd definitely look into Becoming Mom or another place like that.
It was really amazign "seeing" what he looked like. This may seem strange, but I had a really hard time connecting to my pregnancy- I think some of that was due to a m/c with my first pregnancy... So for me it helped me really connect and realize the cute little boy in my belly. Anyway, I'd definitely do it again, and ~28 weeks is ideal because they still have a little room but their fat stores have taken place.

My ultrasound tech did one just because (gotta love free!)
I don't think I would have paid for one, but they are really cool!
