So I am having a wine and cheese party on Friday. My mom asked me why I would be doing this when I cannot drink wine (which I LOVE) and I said "because all I want to eat these days is cheese and it will give me an excuse to buy and eat tons of it!" ![]()
Anyway, I won't be drinking wine, and neither will my PG SIL, so I was wondering, what fancy mocktails do you all drink that I can still put in a wine glass and make fancy? I am hoping to make a few things that I can still "pair" with cheese...

Re: Mocktail suggestions please!
I like pineapple/ cranberry/ and orange juice mix.
Or sprite with a splash of cranberry juice.
We had people over a couple weeks ago and me and another girl couldn't drink. So I grabbed a couple of La Croix sodas (berry) and put it in a cute glass, and added berries to it. It was good and pretty! She added a little lemonade to hers.
My Colton...Growing up so fast!
And Coralee, his baby sister...On the way!
Roy Rogers and Shirley Temples are pretty classic... (Coke or Sprite, respectively, with grenadine)
Virgin blended drinks, like pi?a coladas and margaritas...
And there's a HUGE list here: https://www.drinksmixer.com/cat/8/

I love these sparkling french sodas. There are different flavors, and I put them in a wine glass to feel fancy
I have found them at Fresh Market and Whole Foods, and I think even Super Target had the smaller bottles.

IVF #2 brought us our miracle baby!
Surprise! Baby Boy is on the way!
DH bought me a bottle of n/a wine the other day and I am planning on turning it into sangria. I am just going to look for a normal recipe and sub the n/a stuff.
My favorite cocktail was one I had in Nantucket last year. It's called the "Shinebox" and the real version has gin in it. I've made them for my girl's nights (pre-pregnancy) and enjoyed them with cheese plates quite a bit. Tastes great with the Cypress Grove cheeses. You can easily make it and just leave the gin out. Here's the restuarant's drink menu for the ingredients: White grape juice, frozen grapes (instead of ice cubes!) and splash of seven up. Perfect summer drink. Enjoy!
