Anyone still doing well?
I am NOT Last week I didn't do a single workout, or eat healthy, drink water. I stepped on the scale yesterday and almost cried!!! ugh.
Yesterday I was pretty good, and I'm headed to Wegmans now to stock up on some healthy snack, fruits, veggies etc. Although it will take some will power to not pick up a sub for lunch (I've been craving one lately!)
I just caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror, and I swear I look 4 months pregnant I carry my weight in my middle... so when I drop a few pounds I feel skinny... but when I gain a few, I feel bloated and gross!
My 2 goals for this week are to drink WATER and hit the GYM at least 3 times (one down, two to go!)
