I signed up with Bethesda North - they have a class this fall - I think Sept 14 - mid November. Two time slots on Wednesday evenings!

I took the hypnobirthing class at Bethesda North. It was so worth it! I highly recommend taking it.

I took it with DD. I was unsure of spending that amount of time and money, but now I feel empowered and knowledgeable about a very important topic in my life. Sharon is a great instructor and she keeps the class entertaining!
