New!! Ready For A Baby!

Hi Everyone! My name is Heather and I'm new to the site. I posted this on another board first but then I was looking around and found this board. There is nothing that I want more than to be a mommy right now. I want so bad to start TTC right away. My husband and I just recently got married on June 26th, 2011. Unfortunately, my baby plans are on hold for at least a year. Next year in September 2012 our current work contract is up and there is ALWAYS the possibility that our company will go on strike if we do not like the new contract they give us. Last time, we were off work for 2 months. The problem is, that if we are off work for a certain period of time, they take away our health and medical benefits. My husband and I know that there is no way we want to either be pregnant or have a newborn and have no health coverage. So we figured the smartest thing to do would be to wait until we find out what next fall has in store for us. I know that this is going to be the greatest journey for us and right now I will just focus on my health and will make sure that my body is in tip-top shape for baby. I look forward to talking to a lot of you and just want to congratulate all of you who are expecting, who are already parents and say good luck to those who are TTC.

    Welcome! You might be careful about posting too much personal info (*** Edited for personal information mentioned***), so just be careful. 

    It's never too early to read TCOYF and start charting, even if you're holding off. If you chart several months before TTC, you'll know exactly what's going on with your body. You can click on my pirate ticker in my siggy to get to FF and sign up for free.
