XP: renting out our condo

Hi ladies!

I just posted this on thenest, but just in case I might miss some of you...we are renting our 3 bedroom condo, near the Dunn Loring/Merrifield metro.  Rent includes utilities, storage unit, parking and pool passes.  Neighborhood has lots of trees, nice neighbors...PM me if you are interested or know someone who is.

    Jenimae--It looks like you have gotten some good response from others on your other post...the condo is in NoVa, and it looks like you're looking in MD, yes?

    Yes I am. I have been broadening out my search, Northern Virginia is a great family area but I realized staying in MD would probably be the best thing for my family. The problem with staying in this area is that it's even harder to find a place to rent out that accepts couples with children.
