Got my BFP!

Hi ladies! Just wanted to check in and let you know that I got my BFP on Saturday from my OB/GYN!

I'm 4 weeks along, and so excited! We've told family and a few close friends - just people whose support we would want in the event of something happening. Can't wait to break the news to everyone else after this first trimester is over!

I do have a quick question  - my OB/GYN no longer delivers babies. Would you mind recommending your NKY OB/GYN? Preferably female. Thank you!!

Congrats! I see: https://www.obgynnky.com/ and love them. There is only one woman in the practice, but I really liked her. They are a large group though and you will see every doctor, not sure if that's what you are looking for.

I go to Tri State Women's Health and really love them.  They're located in Florence and deliver at St. E's.  There are two female doctors in the group (my primary doctor is Emily Woeste--love her) and one female nurse practitioner, plus two male doctors.  You have to see each doctor at least once during your pregnancy.  I've been so happy with them.

Oh I'm glad to hear that about Emily Woeste!! My OB/GYN recommended her, actually. I was going to call her office tomorrow, and now I definitely will.  

Also, thank you for the link to the NKY thing. Didn't know about that - very helpful! I'm not sure what I'm looking for exactly...just looking right now.

Congratulations!

I don't live in NKy; but I'm right across the river, on the Eastside of Cincy. I see the midwives at Seven Hills Women's Center. Love, love, LOVE them. Specifically Trish M has delivered both of my boys (at Mercy Anderson).

Thanks again! I just wanted to update that I got my first appointment scheduled at the Tristate Women's Health place out in Florence. I'm seeing the nurse practitioner for this one...hoping I get to at least meet Dr. Woeste since so many people have said such nice things about her.
