A Discovery?

My attorney requested my ex do a discovery before our mediation. Has anyone else had to do this ? Not sure what to expect. He is requesting a change in CS so my attorney wants him to prove he can't afford it in a sense.. Of course the ex called me b*thing

C had to answer discovery questions and it took flippin forever for him to get all the answers and supporting paperwork.  But I'm glad we went that route because he ended up providing the statements proving his additional jobs that he tried to omit from his Income and Expense report.

I'm sure it's going to be a PITA for your X, but he asked for it when he asked for a reduction in CS.  It's up to him to prove he can't afford what the court says he should.
