Hazleton General Hospital???

Hi, ladies! Anyone have any experience with Hazleton General Hospital? I'm new to the area (from Harrisburg area), and this seems to be my only delivery option near Coaldale (where I now live). DH and I were REALLY hoping for a home water birth, but I can't find any midwives in the area. They are all around Allentown (too far). Reviews on HGH or midwife recommendations greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!
