what does grey poop mean?

DD just had a huge grey poop. I've never seen anything like this before, anyone know if it is cause for worry? I wouldnt think anything of it except that last night for the first time ever she was very restless sleeping and was crying for a long time. I figured it was teething and she was fine once the Tempra kicked in, but I am still a little worried.

My DD had it when I was first transtioning her to WCM. I think I may have been giving her too much. Once I cut down and was giving her more solids it seemed to go back to normal. I remember my doctor saying as long as there isn't blood you don't really need to wory.

However, that been said I spent countless hours looking it up on google freaking myself out. If it is a one time thing I wouldn't be too worried. If it is going on for a week or so then maybe make an appointment. But if you are worried, call your pedi.

Thank you, thats actually right where we are, first week on whole milk instead of formula and I did call the Dr, she said don't worry unless there is blood or she runs a fever.
