Help me find a white/ivory short sleeve or sleeveless bodysuit for DD

She's a flowergirl in a wedding and the bride wants her in a tutu (bride made it) and a white or off white bodysuit/leotard possibly with sparkles around the neckline. I am thinking my best bet is to find it with dance clothes. I need a 2T or 3T. So far, no luck. Any ideas?? TIA
