We had our last ultrasound at 16w3d, and the ultrasound tech tried for a solid 30 minutes to tell the genders of the babies.  She said with 75% certainty that B is a girl, and couldn't tell at all for A.  So, please send some spread eagle, healthy baby thoughts my way today, please!

PS- I'm focusing on gender determination to keep my mind off of the actual anatomy scan as I'm pretty much a nervous wreck over it.
