14 weeks pregnant with twins, feeling pressure?

Tomorrow I'm 14 weeks along and since a couple of days I've been feeling random pressure in my abdomen/uterus, I feel the babies move sometimes and the pressure almost feels like a really small braxton hick contraction ( i had these alot with my son). I have a doctors appointment Thursday but thought I'd just throw it out here and see if anyone else has had this experience. On another note, when my husband and I have sex it doesn't hurt during but afterwards, even for a couple of hours it is extremely sore down there and also feel a lot of pressure, like when I did weeks and even months of healing time after giving birth to my son.

Definitely a good question for your OB based on your own history.  I've felt plenty of pressure from growing over the last few weeks, but no contrax type or PC pain.  Hope it gets better.  GL!

I actually remember telling dh, right around that time, that my uterus felt really "heavy & full," which is probably the same thing as pressure.
