    I know that Target does not ever have free shipping codes.. They just have items that are from time to time free shipping.. but its only ever on certain things, not on everything..

    I don't have any codes.. they aren't the easiest to find.

    Are they crazy!!!  I am trying to order a halloween costume for DS and its only $16.99 they want $10.00 for regular shipping!!! WTH!

    I think I got an e-mail today that Target was having it's "biggest ever free shipping event", so maybe it's just automatically calculated in the total?

    I really don't know, I'm just guessing.  And I also got an e-mail from Gap about a sale too - maybe they have the free shipping event and Target has a % off.  I can't remember anything anymore - I give up!!
