So I bought the dress below for a formal wedding coming up. Great dress for the curvy ladies out there, btw!

What should I do for jewelry? Something bold? Classic pearls? The neckline is lower on me than it looks in the pic.... Silver or gold shoes? I was thinking maybe a heavy gold necklace with gold shoes?  I'm trying to dress it up, thanks!!

I didn't immediately think gold, but when I saw you mention it, I thought "Ooh!  Pretty!"  I'm usually drawn to black jewelry and shoes.  I'm boring.

Since the dress appears to have a sheen, I think I'd do a brushed/matte gold and something chunky/bold.  I'd do simple on the shoes.

I'd do a nude shoe, or a shoe closest to your skin tone to elongate your legs and create a clean line from your knee to your feet. Nude shoes really do kick up a dress a notch because you look taller ad leaner. For jewelry, I'd do one bold piece, either earrings or necklace. I can't explain this w/out it sounding tacky, but fancy headbands are huge right now. Everywhere from Forever 21 to Nordstrom. You could do a headband and a great bracelet instead of a necklace.
