I really like both names but I would probably choose Amelia just because Sophia is so popular right now.

I like them both, but really like Sophia. Sophia is starting to get really popular, so if you don't want her to be the 2nd or 3rd Sophia in her class you may want to go with Amelia. I think both names are equally cute though. =D

Not true.  According to the SSA name ranking for 2010, Sophia was #2 and Amelia was #41.
