Meds while pregnant?

Anyone else take/taking meds while pregnant?

I have pretty severe OCD which is very well controlled with Luvox and has been for the past dozen years.  I am hoping to be able to taper the dosage back during the pregnancy to end up at about 50 mg daily (currently taking 200 mg daily).  I have done a pretty detailed cost-benefit analysis and feel that, for myself, continuing to take this drug is the right choice.

Any other mamas with experience in this department?
