My allergies to raw foods has tripled. I need recipes/suggestions for fruits. I can eat them if cooked. Fruit isn't bad in a smoothie (little allergy symptoms that I can deal with), but need more options. I'm trying to keep away from chocolate and ice cream. I'm just learning to cook and am completely lost.

I am guessing there is a lot of information online.
Plantains are often cooked as are apples.
I love to cut up a granny smith apple and cook it in my oatmeal with some cinnamon then sprinkle with a couple packets of Splenda when its done.
Also if you want more of a desert if you microwave a diced apple for about 45 seconds with a dash of cinnamon and some sugar it will let go of some of the juices and make an excelent toping for shortbread ( like the 100 cal packs of Lorna Doone) or frozen yogurt or the single serve short cakes...
Grilled pineapple is fantastic as well on skewers...
