We love Elise but the two different pronunciations drive me crazy and Audrey we love but its to popular.

I grew up with 2 Elina/Elena's...not obscure AT ALL.  I like them both!  But they were both pronounced differently too.  Elina = El-ee-na & Elena = El-a-na.
Elise could be E-lise or A-lise.

My name is Elise... spelled i.l.y.s.e. ....and has been pronounced tons of different ways. Ah-leese, E-leese, Eye-leese, El-si... you name it, I've heard it.

I like better with E. The letter I keeps throwing me off, so I get confused on the pronunciation. 

That's my only problem with it.
