ovary pain after trigger shot?

I had my first Ovidrel trigger shot on Thursday afternoon and I didn't feel anything Thursday or Friday... but today I'm feeling a significant amount of pain/soreness in my left ovary. It's not really a cramping feeling it's more of a constant pain. Is this normal? I hope that it just means it's working. Forgive me if I'm overreacting... I'm new at this! Thanks in advance ladies! Hope everyone has a great weekend.

    It is probably O pain. The trigger works within 24-36 hrs. I always get O pain and def had it after trigger too.

    Thanks! I realized I haven't O'd since I've been off my birth control so it could totally be regular old O pain and I'm just not used to it.

    Having the trigger really made me feel my O pain! It even woke me up from the middle of my nap last cycle. Have fun and get busy!

    I always feel O pain, but after my trigger shot, it was just amplified! It was pretty painful. Best of luck to you!

    I had CRAZY pain with the Ovidrel shot--about 10x normal O pain.  I has hurting before on just Clomid, though.

    And on Prometrium, I've gotten really sore bewbs and lots of cramping.  So it's like pregnancy symptoms x5 with no assurance of pregnancy.  (When that stopped, I got hit be diarrhea and now nausea--and no, I didn't eat anything bad.)  Yays.

    May 2011 & June 2011 - 150mg Clomid = No Response
    July 2011 - Gonal-F + Ovidrel + IUI#1(8/1/11)= BFN
    August 2011 - Gonal-F + Ovidrel + IUI#2 (8/30/11)=BFN
    September 2011 - BREAK NEEDED DUE TO ENLARGED OVARIES :(
    October 2011 - Gonal-F + Ovidrel + IUI#3 (10/23/11) = BFP!!
    Beta#1(11/7/11)=250 Beta#2(11/9/11)=487 Beta#3(11/17/11)=6500

    thanks so much everyone! i felt a lot better today so it was really just yesterday that sucked. but it was not easy to be around my friends and family when i wasn't feeling great and i couldn't explain why! ohhh the fun times of IF. 

    I really appreciate the advice and reassurance though! I'm glad I'm not alone :)
