Baby Book suggestions?

I know....I'm a bad mommy. I haven't been keeping a baby book for Evan and he's going on 6 months! Do you ladies have one that you really like? Also, where did you find it?? TIA!

I have this one for DD and I really like it. It is easy to keep up with each month. I bought some extra photo pages to insert as well. HTH!
