Update on my BFP

So it seems I can't get in until Tuesday for an appointment at the Doctors. I am thinking of taking another home pg test tomorrow and see what the results are.

I am still having light bleeding and feeling light headed but no other pg symptons like nausea which I was having the last week. I am thinking that it is a miscarriage.

Should I take the test do you think or wait until the bleeding completely stops? It is so frustrating to get a bfp one day then the next day start bleeding! My mind is all over the place right now

Oh N I can only imagine what must be going through your head. It is a bummer they cannot get you in until Tuesday. I honestly have no helpful advice, but big hugs.

((hugs)) as long as there is no bright red blood or clotting, there is hope...but best to prepare. ...mine came on very sudden with vomiting and then almost immediate cramping (like mini-contractions). I made an appt with my midwives to get Hcg levels tested about 3x over a 2 week period - to make sure it went to 0. It's hard but I personally took comfort that it was very early and that it was probably never a viable baby. But a loss is a loss - I hope it turns out better for you.

I would test again.  But with the lovely invention of the Dollar store PG tests, it was a fairly cheap habit for the 1st week after my BFP's.  Can you pick some up for cheap?

I had a chemical pregnancy.  I think that is what they are called, after reading about them online.  I got a BFP one day, but started a regular period the next and then got a BFN once I tested.  I did however get PG the very next month with Miss A.

I don't think you need to wait for the bleeding to stop to test.  I have had a couple friends who had "chemical pregnancies" like this.  (I really hate that term for early miscarriages).  I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that it turns out that you do still have a BFP!

Thanks everyone! I posted on the FB page but I just took another home pg test and seeing the words 'PREGNANT" made me a little happier again! I guess my Doctors visit on Tuesday will tell me more but for now I will just say stick, baby stick!!!
