Ds just started daycare Tuesday and I'm pumping 3x bilaterally at work. So far when home I feed him from one side before we leave, one side is left very full until I pump at 10. When I get home ds has been eating every hour from 6:45 until 11:45. I've been block feeding during that time but when I get home both breasts start out comfortable and at the end when ds goes to bed one is slightly uncomfortable bc he hasn't spent as much time on it. I don't know how long to continue block feeding or when to switch to regular one breast per feeding nursing? I don't want to increase oversupply/engorgement issues. Trying to get supply comfortable.
