what did you buy your 3 year old for their b-day?

not sure what to get her?  Feel like she has enough toys/junk and we are running out of space.  She needs clothes for the fall but also wanted to get something fun for her.  So far I got the cinderella dvd, a snow white t-shirt, and a few books.

I think we're going to get DS1 some kind of toy garbage truck. He has been really interested in the garbage truck on garbage days lately. But I don't think he'll be getting a "big" gift this year. I just can't think of anything he would really get use out of, and I'd love to wait until more of the baby stuff is packed away before adding too many more toys around here!

My DD just turned 3 last week! She is infatuated with Tangled. We got her the DVD and the Rapunzel dress from Walmart. She was so excited and wants to wear it everyday. and Nothing with small parts for me to step on in the middle of the night, like littlest pet shop!

We got them bikes (which they can't peddle yet) but their favorite thing they got were the sleeping bags my brother got them.  They love to set them up in the living room and pretend they are camping.

for the 3rd birthday we made a big deal of her getting her 'big girl room'. so new bedding for her twin bed, new everything. part of that is b/c twins are on their way and she moved rooms.

she also got some kites, hop scotch (the soft foam type you can put down indoors or outdoors), a toddler camera, glittery sneakers she loved, play makeup, a few dvds, bath stuff like bubbles/color tablets/bath paint, dress up stuff, a keyboard, some barbie type princess dolls...that's all I can remember right now.

My girls got Leapsters from their grandparents and toddler digital cameras from me.  They love both!
