Wow, this place is D-R-A-M-A the past few days...suppose someone better lighten the mood!

Fav summer food? It's sweet corn season! And ice cream...love me some ice cream.

Newest thing LO has learned? How to "dance" which involves swinging his arm back and forth when there's music playing, taking his first steps, how to scream, and how to throw a tantrum when I have to take something away from him.

Plans for the weekend? LO is supposed to be spending Sat. night w/ STBXH, and I fully intend on deep cleaning & packing up the rest of STBXH's stuff to get it out of my house!  Also, my sister and her BF are coming to stay and we and my BFF might go to the casino for some thrills.  Wish us luck!

Fav summer food? Anything B-B-Q

Newest thing LO has learned?  He turned 10 months, he now leans his head completely on my shoulder for long hugs on his own.  So sweet.

Plans for the weekend?  Crazy plans!  Hosting a last minute Bachelorette party on Friday night, moving day on Sat (we recently sold our home) and then go to wedding on Saturday night and hopefully we get the basic needs unpacked on Sunday.

Fav summer food? Grilled Corn and Vidalia Onion salad plus anything GRILLED. I just grilled a pizza the other night. DELICIOUS 

Newest thing LO has learned?  To say TRUCKS (drucks). Everything is a druck. Cars, mininvans, even a wagon today. I love it and he SCREAMS it. He gets so excited. He is also newly obsessed with "Melmo" 

Plans for the weekend? Meeting my cousins for dinner who live about 30 minutes away. I think my "old" flame from HS might be joining us. (that is a conversation for another day though.. )

Newest thing LO has learned? She's beginning to learn to read.  So amazing!

Plans for the weekend?  I'm leaving on Saturday for a week in London and Paris with my mom and sister - I'm super excited!

Fav summer food? BLTs with Land T from my garden

Newest thing LO has learned?  DS is almost 4 and learned how to belch loudly, and I'm not a fan.  DD is 6 and is reading chapter books this summer!

Plans for the weekend?  heading out to the beach (on the lake, but it has waves!) with the kids, SO, and SO's brother and his kids
