SS for Sept. question

Can someone give me the rundown on how it works??  Do I make a wishlist?  If so, how?  And once I'm assigned a ss, what do I do....how often do I send gifts??  Thanks!!!  I'm excited to do this!!

You sign up and elfster draws names. You make a wishlist to give your SS some ideas and inspiration. You send as much or as little as you want. You can send cards, gifts, etc.
