So since our first ultrasound at a little over 6 weeks Baby A has been low and to the left and Baby B has been high and to the right. That has been consistent until my ultrasound last Monday. The u/s tech told me they had changed positions and now Baby A is on the right and Baby B is on the left. Is that possible? They are mono/di if that makes any difference. And to clarify, I know babies move all the time within their sacs, I'm just questioning if the sac itself can change positions. I really didn't think so, but what do I know!?!

Re: I have a stupid question...
This is far from an official answer, but here goes - I don't think placentas can move, but I have no idea about amniotic sacs.
But you know, they do say that whichever baby is closest to the cervix is A, regardless of which baby it is (and I know some can be "neck and neck" and one edges the other out, or whatever), so maybe there is some more drastic movement that can happen.

Not a stupid question because I thought the sacs were attached to the uterus meaning they can move but no matter what they stayed on which side they are attached.
BTW, my little boy is so low on the left side (and usually is) when he kicks I feel like he is going to pop right out!
