I read all of the boards on this site throughout the day and I can't help but giggle at the questions asked on the Tri Boards and even the 0-3 month boards. I try to remember that at one time I was clueless about everything pregnancy and baby, but I look at myself now and how relaxed I am about all of DD's bumps and bruises and can't help but giggle.

Re: NSPR: People are so funny
I think it has to do with the person too. I have a coworker who was really concerned about everything she ate (no sushi, heated up her lunchmeat, no brie or goat cheese, etc.) I ate all of those things, but no raw fish, and I even had 1/4 of a glass of wine every now and again when I was pg. DS came out fine.
I think about my mom and how paranoid she always is about DS getting bumps and bruises. I am more relaxed. It's not that I don't care, by any means, but you can't watch him every.single.second. Plus I figure if I tell him not to touch the hot stove and he goes ahead and does it anyways and burns himself, he'll learn the hard way not to do it again!
