newborn cough/sore throat?

My 2.5-month-old has had a pretty bad cough for the past couple days. ?The temperature here has dropped pretty drastically, and it's also really dry in spite of our humidifiers going. ?If she feels anything like me, her throat's pretty sore too. ?Is there anything I can do for her, other than keeping her warm and keeping our humidifiers on?
