Coffee
I have started back working and would like to enjoy a morning cup of coffee - especially since I am not getting much sleep. My son is 3 months old and I am breast feeding exclusively - is one cup a day okay?

Dude, I'd straight up die without my morning cup of coffee. Trust me, you'd have to drink a lot of it to affect you!
Some babies are sensitive to caffeine, mine isn't one of them, but do keep that in mind if you find yourself chugging it!
