Shoe reccs for Stroller Strides?

I signed up for a month of Stroller Strides via a groupon deal- losing the weight has been much harder this time around!  

Anyone have any shoes that they recc'd for this type of work out?

Do you have a local running store?  I'd go there and ask for assistance.  The shoe that works perfectly for me (Asics 2100 series) may not work for you.  There are many variables involved in selecting a running shoe (pronation, stride, etc).  Running stores are very helpful and knowledgeable and will make sure you have the right shoe.

Look for a good cross trainer with emphasis on stability.  You can mention at a store that you need shoes for a "boot camp" type workout.   Hope you and your LO enjoy Stroller Strides!  I love it.

I've also had the best luck with Asics too!
