Ive never been but was just having this conversation with a coworker earlier this week. He thinks theres enough to do for that age group--thats when he took his daughter. He also suggested the lunch with the characters, even though its kind of pricey.  He said it was well worth it because his daughter loved it and now likes more of the characters than just elmo! Its apparently largely a water park, which I didnt realize, but you should probably know that before going!
