Dye-nah.  And I immediately thought of dinasaur, even without knowing about Dinah Shore.  I can't decide what I think of it.  But I too think of the song "working on the railroad".

This exactly. If you would rather it be pronounced DE NA, then I would suggest Dina as a spelling.

It's nms, but a cute name!  It's unique and different, which is a good thing IMO!
