Trying to conceive

I'm not sure what to do. I look up everything on how to try and get pregnant. Me and my fiance started trying to conceive in January and still haven't had any luck. I think maybe we are doing something wrong..but i don't know. Please give me some advice

Do you have a regular period? Do you know if you ovulate? If you're not sure you ovulate you can use an ovulation predictor kit. You can purchase those at the store. I know you haven't been trying for a "long" time in a doctors eyes without success, but  have you talked to your doctor. I don't know how old you are so that would decided on how proactive a doctor would be in some cases. On the same note you need to be proactive about it yourself, if you don't get the help you want from your doctor then try another one. Good luck. If you want you can private message me.
