Nightmares

I have no idea how much longer I can deal with these nightmares. :( I'm a very vivid dreamer and remember a lot of my dreams. However in the last week...these are my dreams:

- miscarriage

- miscarriage

- DH and I get a divorce

-  we're having a boy (not a nightmare phew!)

- miscarriage

- brother and dad have a huge fight

- my sister is murdered

Yea...so...this last one...my sister being murdered. Can't go back to sleep. I'm just waiting to call her and tell her I love her before going to work. The divorce dream did the same thing and just made me so depressed and upset for a long time. I really really really hate these dreams.

Re: Nightmares

  • While I was taking clomid and the first early weeks of this pregnancy I had horrible dreams as well. To the point that I wasn't sleeping because I was scared of what I would dream about. I contemplated on getting a dream catcher but I don't even know where to find one. Luckily they stopped. I hope they stop for you too.

  • Im having pretty weird dreams too.. Two days ago I dreamed my husband was cheating on me with a girl named Maya. Go figure. I dont even know a girl name Maya and neither does he. All day yesterday I was begging him to never cheat on me because I dont want to feel the pain I felt in my dream.

Sorry you dreams have been so bad and hope they get better.

  • I had a similar dream that DH was cheating on me with a barista named Star. lol.

  • I'm so sorry.  I have really bad nightmares, too.  I've had some (not lately) so bad that I wake up bawling or DH has to wake me up because I'm crying so hard to gasping for breath.  It's terrible.

Lately, I've had one that the baby was born too early and didn't make it but I was so confused because I couldn't remember her birth.  (I don't know the sex but in the dream she was a girl.)

I also had another one that I was drugged by someone so I was terrified that the baby would be hurt.

Nightmares suck and I wish there was something that would help.  Both of those nights I took Tylenol PM so I'm not doing that anymore.

  • You poor thing! **hugs** :( I've been having extra-vivid dreams lately, too, and I can only imagine how hard it would be if they were almost all nightmares!! That sounds super-stressful. :(

It sounds like you've got a lot of worries on your mind. *hugs* I hope they get easier to bear!

In the meantime, it might be worth bringing up at your next prenatal appt; your doctor might have a suggestion!
