Last month I had a distinct shift and O'd around CD 17 and EWCM was present. This month on CD 18 I had a .2 shift and EWCM showed up in the afternoon. Then on CD 19 there was another .4 shift up and EWCM. By the afternoon the CM was gone. Today (CD19) my temp shifted back to essentially where it was on CD 18. I temp at the same time every morning (I just love setting my alarm for 5 am on the weekends), I haven't had anything to drink and I can't think of any other factor that would affect my temps. Any thoughts?
My temps ended up essentially being the same yesterday and today and then to make things even more confusing there was EWCM again this morning. Who knows. My body just likes to jack with me.
I don't think you've O'd yet. Yes, you can O w/o seeing a 'distinct' temp shift, but generally the temp continues to rise and O may be detected later than usual until this pattern can be established. Good luck!
Re: Charting ladies - can you O w/o a distinct temp shift?
Hopefully this works
