What stores have cute reusable bags?

I need some bags to use as gift bags, and I know I've seen some really cute reusable bags, but I can't remember where.  I don't have time to order anything online, so I was hoping someone might know where I might find some cute ones in store.

JCPenney's has some cute ones that are meant to be used as gift bags.  They are by the catalog department and it's two bags for $4 or $5.  Very cute and a variety of sizes.  I've also got some from TRU/BRU and TJ Maxx.

I've gotten some from the dollar store and old navy. Toys r us also has some cute ones.

if you have a World Market store near you, they always have cute ones.

I have found my cutest one's at Macy's and Target.

Bed, Bath, and Beyond has nice ones.

Not sure if you already bought one but my fave thing to do recently is go to Target and go in the Kids Bedroom area. THey sell cloth bins in all colors and some with shark faces or bear faces. The price range is anywhere from 6.99-9.99 and I fill that with gifts and place (if you want) paper on top. That's the gift bag! In the past I have bought them at TRU and even the Diseny Store has cute ones on sale. GL
