Au Pair Experience

I am trying to connect with local mothers who have experienced the Au Pair program.  We're thinking about getting an au pair and we're curious to hear any recommendations that you might have. We'd appreciate any advice about which agencies you used or any other tips that might be helpful. Thanks much.

My co-workers have had a few Au Pair's, each year a new girl.  I think they really enjoy it because they both work full time.  If you want her contact info I am sure she wouldn't mind telling you how she enjoys it.
