Does Target offer completion discounts?

Something funky is going on with their  baby registry FAQ page so any insight would be much appreciated ladies!

    They do -- it's 10%, if I recall from my registry last time. One day use in store and online.

    I set up a Target registry for this LO just for the completion coupon....my EDD is set at August 1, and I still haven't recevied the stupid coupon.

    I set my EDD as July 12 and I still don't have mine!!!!  AND I have called twice already and asked about it and everytime they tell me they will mail it out...it has been a 2 month ordeal!
