M: Green Pumpkin Seed Mole with Chicken Breasts with cold cucumber soup
T: steak on the grill with curried okra and bell pepper skewers
W: homemade pizza
R: pork tenderloin or pasta if I have enough tomatoes from the garden
F: leftovers
lunches: baked potatoes, pesto and tomato sandwiches, yogurt and fruit, sauerkraut
breakfast: oatmeal and fruit, english muffins and eggs
dessert: peach ice cream

I just finished mine. Not sure if I am sticking to this order but the plan is:
SU- buffallo chicken/ onion rings
M- sweet and sour meatball skewers/ brown rice
T- ropa vieja/ brown rice/ zucchini pancakes
W- Crockpot spicy chicken thighs/ potatoes/ salad
TH- shrimp fried rice
F- salmon patties/ mixed veggies/ brown rice
S- Steak tacos/ black beans/ salad
M - Chicken and noodles
T - Lasagne and bread
W - Homemade taquitos
Th - leftovers
Fri - out
Sat - Sesame chicken
Sun - Taco salad
I just finished mine as well.
M: Stuffed chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus
T: Spaghetti and meatballs, caesar salad
W: Ricotta pancakes, strawberries and cream
H: Beef fajitas and mexican rice with guacamole
F: Carrot and coriander soup, french bread
Sa: Basil pesto pasta with sun-dried tomatoes
Su: Leftovers
Breakfast: bagels, toast and eggs, oatmeal and fruit with yogurt, french toast sticks and fruit
Lunches: ham and cheese paninis, pasta salad with feta, picnic food (peanut butter and honey sandwiches, hummus with crackers and vegetables)
Dessert/Snacks: oatmeal raisin cookies, vanilla ice cream, zucchini muffins, trail mix

I actually did one this week for the first time in over a month. Thank goodness the first trimester is done!
Sunday- grilled pork chops, green beans, and sweet potato fries
Monday- rosemary apple chicken, greens and spaghetti squash
Tuesday- slow cooker Ethiopian Chicken Stew (Doro Wat) and salad
Wednesday- leftovers
Thursday- hamburgers, corn on the cob, and salad
Friday- red wine, garlic and honey grilled lamb chops, Greek lima beans, and tomato, olive and feta salad (link)
Saturday- date night
