Correct me if I'm wrong but once an egg is released, it turns into period 12-15 days later or pregnancy...? The reason I ask, I ovulated this cycle, day 14 - according to OPK, temp rise. I stopped temping after that so I wouldn't know if it's elevated or not, I'm now 17DPO and no period and BFN, shouldn't a period occur ?
Me: 32, DH: 34.
Trying since Jan 2011. Unexplained IF.
2 IUIs = BFN.
1 IVF (Dec 2013) = BFN.
FET, 2 frosties (June 13, 2014)
14dp5dt-June 27 -BFP, beta 2061. 2nd beta >5000, 3rd beta >5000, 2 sacs 06/30.
Twin Girls - 02/11/15 - at 37 weeks (no NICU, home with me at 3 days).

It's obviously too late now, but you should have kept temping...even though your temperature rose, there is no way to know for sure if you ovulated. OPKs only tell you your body is gearing up to O. The only way to confirm it is to have a clear temperature shift.
I'd say you probably ovulated late or didn't ovulate at all yet...I don't know anything about your cycle because you don't have a link to your chart or maybe I could help a tad more. Either way, I would keep testing once a week until you either get a + HPT or your period. If you hit 60 days without either, call your OB.
