I generally use it once a day, but if I can't find it the first time, I'll try again later.  I'll probably continue using it every day until I'm truly showing and not just a bag of bloat.

 We just got ours today, so... it's once per day so far! I'm going to tryyyyy and only use it a couple of times a week, though.

I don't have one, they're too expensive for me atm. I'd love the chance to have one on hand becuase I haven't been feeling pregnant and I'm worried after hearing some horror stories! But I guess I'll find out at my dr appt on Wedneday!
