5-Not exactly this weekend, but early August I was at a Bachelorette Party for a good friends wedding I was in. We had been married for almost a year. We were finalizing a trip to Cabo San Lucas for our Anniversary/bdays
10-House hunting. I bought a house in September of 2001 my closing was actually delayed because of 9/11
15-Working in the Kitchen of a Church Camp for the whole summer.

Unhappy with my live-in boyfriend of 5 years (we finally broke up in November).
LO #1 - 1 unmedicated/self-monitored IUI w/ donor sperm.
LO #2 - 1 m/c, 2 BFNs, 4th IUI worked (unmedicated/self-monitored with new donor sperm).

5 years ago - I was on BCP, getting ready to do my first IVF.
10 years ago - After living in DC for four years, I had just moved back to NJ and into my first house, which I bought on my own. I closed on 7/23/01.
15 years ago - I was traveling a lot for work and having a ball living the single life, although I was always looking for the right person to settle down with. I was living in my first apartment.
5 years ago - Getting ready for our wedding - probably going to someone else's - we had like 10 weddings that summer!
10 years ago - I think I was mired in a crazy bankruptcy case that I got staffed on (as a financial analyst).
15 years ago - Wow! That was my Sophomore Summer at school (our school required us to stick around the summer after our sophomore year and take a different term off - it was a really fun time to be on campus), so I was probably playing too much beer pong, getting too drunk and making out with the guy I had my summer fling with!
It is too bad.
But I'm sure we have lots better things in common, too! Cheers!

5 years ago- Packing up and getting ready to move to our brand new house in South Carolina. Getting ready to say good bye to my job that I had for 9 years. If I still lived in NY, I'd still be working there. Sept would be my 14 yr anniversary. (now I'm sad-I miss my old job)
10 years ago- I was 30 and lived at home with no "husband" prospects on the horizon. I was certain I'd never find anyone. I had a pretty secure job and was making (IMO) pretty good money.
15 years ago- Ugh. Had the worst job ever. Customer Service for a cable company in NY. I hated that job with a Passion. I worked there for 18 months and then moved onto the job I had for 9 years. Oh and I started dating someone who was going to Med School abroad. We broke up due to the long distance thing (he'd be in school for 4 months, then come home for a week). I've always wondered if he ended up becoming a Dr.
5 years ago-- we were on our honeymoon in the Dominican Republic
10 years ago-- home from college for the summer, working as a counselor at a preschool summer camp
15 years ago-- spending the summer with my grandparents in my hometown, probably spending the evening hanging out with my closest friends

5 years ago - Dh had just accepted a promotion back in MD after building our dream home in NY. We had just packed up and moved back (somewhat broken hearted and purchased a ridiculously overpriced home at the height of the real estate boom. Seriously, I think the bubble burst the day we closed
10 years ago - I was getting ready to start my first year as an elementary ed teacher! Dh and I were living in our first apartment.
15 years ago- summer before my senior year. Dating lots of cute boys
5 years ago: i was a newlywed! i was also going to the bachelorette and bridal shower for a good friend of mine. i had a lot of reservations about her fiance... and was right to have them.
10 years ago: it was the summer before my senior year of college, i worked for a radio station and spent the summer being a groupie.
15 years ago: oh boy! i got arrested for breaking curfew in dallas, tx. as if getting arrested wasn't bad enough, the whole thing aired as a story about teen curfews on dateline nbc and my whole family saw it less than a week before my sister's bat mitzvah! i spent the rest of the summer working at braum's ice cream to pay off my fine for breaking the law. and i was pretty much grounded, so that was about it.

10 years ago - just graduated college one year prior...was working and partying and living with my boyfriend who is now DH.
15 years ago - had just graduated from high school...was working and saving every penny so I could move 3 provinces away from home with my boyfriend (now DH).
5 years ago: enjoying the summer, being a newlywed ;-) Mostly I was crying cause SS was going into 1st grade and he was going to be away from me all day.
10 years ago: I met DH when he fixed my broken down car. *swoon* haha.
15 years ago: Um...I was going into 10th grade? Probably just begging my parents to go somewhere so I could drive them. Gotta love getting your learners permit!
5 years ago - I was 28, married, enjoying life with my man. I was finished with my Masters and we were getting ready to go to Italy.
10 years ago - I was 23. I was living in Baltimore and DH was in law school in Michigan.

5 years old - didn't have a care in the world at the age of 24. Oh and I started dating my husband
10 years ago - that was probably one of the worst years of my life. I was 19 and had a very ill father who I thought for sure was going to pass away (He is still with us today and will be 80 in 2 weeks) and buried my older brother who died in car accident.
15 years ago - I was in high school!
5 years ago: I was recently married and working lots of odds/ends jobs to pay the rent.
10 years ago: I was preparing for my senior year of high school. Also, I was working at a local shoe store.
15 years ago: I was in middle school. My parents divorced the year before and my mom was recently remarried . My stepbrother was getting into a lot of trouble with the law and I was pretty much ignored.
5 years ago I was just married and had some rose colored glasses on about becoming a step-mom and taking on IF.
10 years ago I was graduating college and moved from Houston to FW to start teaching 1 st grade

5 years ago - I was almost in my third tri of my first son's pregnancy. We were at the end of a trip to Scotland. I had just quit my job the month before to move a couple hours away for DH's work and I was loving just relaxing and doing nothing all day.
10 years ago - I was finishing an internship at the DA's office and getting ready to start law school in a few weeks.
15 years ago - I was getting ready to start my junior year of HS. We had just moved to Texas that spring.
5 years- We had just gone to Rio for a volleyball trip and I was working at the golf store.
10 years ago- I was driving around the beverage cart at a golf course and taking summer classes at MSU- hadn't met DH just yet!
15 years ago- I was taking drivers training and going to volleyball camps all summer. Playing a lot of golf and hanging out with friends!

5 years: had just left my school counseling job in June after 5 years, about 2 months into my new photography business, packing to leave for Ireland the next day, well into acupuncture and Chinese medicine for TTC while waiting for referral from OB to see my first specialist, otherwise enjoying my summer with our puppy
10 years: had just moved to my current city while now-DH was in Europe, started my school counseling job about 10 days "ago" (I think I started 7/19/01)
15 years: summer before my senior year of college, my first summer in NC, worked 2 psychology jobs, a friend was just about to become a roommate for a week while looking for a place to live...who knew he'd become my husband?!

5 years- completed residency, engaged, house hunting, frantically trying to get all my license paperwork together to start working.
10 years- In my 3rd year of med school, I think I was on vascular surgery rotation which is 4 weeks of my life I will never get back. But in general I had a really good time in med school and was coming into my own.
15 years- Getting ready to start my senior year of college.
10 years ago: Getting ready to turn 30. Working for an organization that I loved, in a specific job that was not a good fit. I was living by myself.
15 years ago: I have to really think about this one. I was 24, almost 25. I think I had just moved back home, from Phoenix, to my parents' in NY. I was dealing with depression (which we learned 8 years later was a result of my undiagnosed ADHD). I was working long term temp jobs tom save money to move to Washington, DC (which I did in early 1997). One of the darker, more difficult periods of my life. I am thankful for my parents' unwavering love and support.
5 years ago - Thinking I would be pregnant in a month
10 years ago - Starting the Police Academy
15 years ago - Hmmm, I was 15 - being a pain in my newly single mom's @ss - 14 and 15 were crappy years for me.... Here's a drink for my mom for putting up with me during a crappy time in her life

5 years ago- Celebrating 1 year of marriage and traveling the world as flight attendant before starting a family (which didn't happen for 3 years due to IF)
10 years- Dating all the wrong guys following my heartbreaking divorce and starting a new career as a flight attendant on the heels of 9/11
15 years- Happily married the husband #1, working as an fitness trainer, considering starting a family.
