I think it's lovely and flows very well. We almost went with Molly after my Mom, but DS loved Hana too much. Maybe if we have another girl we will use it.
I typically prefer Molly as a nn, but Mary Frances/Francis is definitely a nun name, so I'd skip it and go for Molly. Yes, it's a little juvenile, but not fatally so.

I also am really fond of the name Frances. On of my favorite books as a kid was A Bargain For Frances so I'd always wanted to use it somehow. My husband isn't crazy about it, though, so that never made it to our shortlist, as much as I would have like for it to have been on there.
I think Molly Frances flows really well, so if you like it, I would say it is a very worthy contender.
Love it! Molly is cute and I LOVE Frances! It was my uncle's mn (well, Francis) and after he passed I always wanted to use it, but don't know that I'll get to.
