I know E uses these. Does she still? Are they really leak proof? Do you have the SS or plastic? I am dying to find something leak proof! R is really good with open top cups at the table, but if one more cup leaks in the car or playroom my head might start spinning! haha
Are they only for water, or can I do milk too?
Re: JNK (re:camelbak water bottles)
These look promising! I am going to use the rest of my credit and give these a try!

I can Teach My Child just gave these a thumbs up on FB too!

Zullily has these on special today...
Saw that (and why I am inquiring), but I hate paying shipping!
We have the Camelbak and love it. Doesn't leak. We have it in DD's room on her nightstand, it has never leaked even when she left it on her bed etc.

Sorry, I was at work. YES, both dd and I use them. I take one every day with me to work. I love them. Never leaks. There is just 3 parts - the base, the thick straw, and the top and all of it goes in the dishwasher, top rack. So easy. We use it for water mainly, but that's bc I leave it out all day. I have used it for milk and shakes before (the straw is so thick shakes are easy to suck).
I have the plastic straw kind you bite down on. https://www.amazon.com/Camelbak-Better-1L-Bottle-Forest/dp/B002YWHEVU/ref=sr_1_1?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1311990002&sr=1-1
DD could figure out how to use it even when she couldn't figure out the sippys, haha. I did just read on a review on amazon you can just not use the straw if you prefer to tip the bottle up, but dd has never had a problem with leaving it down and lifting sippies.
Do you need one that is the straw type? T uses the camelbak ss one...but I will say it does sweat and sometimes when you flip the straw up water comes shooting out of it...must be a pressure build up thing or something. Doesn't happen often but it does happen once in a while. We have these Tommee Tippee ones...they are a non straw type and we've never had a leak...unless the valve was not put into it...which my Mom has done a few times not knowing that it needed it. I know they have "boy" theme ones too in this same cup.
