Can someone please help me? I am not new. I cannot change my sig ever since they changed the format. I have emailed the bump but they did not respond. I have had no problem in the past. When I go through the steps, the screen will say a different screen name than kandjrolls2. However, the email and password is correct. The homepage always welcomes me by my first name. The screen name that comes up was my first choice years ago when I was joining but it was taken. I have deleted my pic and tickers MULTIPLE times but whenever I post it still has the same 6 month old pic and my old tickers.

Please help. If I cannot fix this, I may just create another account but I really don't want to.

Click on community, then on my profile (on right hand side). Then you have to log in again and you can click on edit my avatar & sig.  That should get you there! Good luck!
