7 Pound gain already?

I got on the scale yesterday, and I'm up 7 pounds already! I don't know how this is possible. I've had m/s so I've definitely been eating less than normal. I've had a lot of juice and sodas to help with the m/s but.. 7 pounds worth? Could it be salt? I'd eaten chinese food the day before. I'm going to weigh 800 pounds by the end of this pregnancy if it's not sodium!

I think it's just bloat and water gain if that helps. I weighed myself at 7 weeks too and was pretty shocked to see that I'd already gained 6 pounds, but then I weight myself this week, and I lost 4 of the 6lbs, but I've been finding myself a lot less bloaty this week.

My weight has been all over the place.  At one point it was saying I up at least 7 lbs.  I try to only weigh myself once a week and in the morning.  This morning is said I'm up 3.5lbs total so you may see it going up and down in the 1st tri.

THANK YOU lol. I keep hearing about people losing in the first tri and I'm like "Hey, I'm not eating much either!" Haha. I have a idney problem so I retain water like a champ and I'm really hoping it's just bloat and goes away!

Me too! I was in a panic in my OB office that I was gonna be the size of a house by my 2nd tri he said its bloat and water.

I'm up 7.5 lbs and was freaking out too.  Of course all my friends are skinny mini's and gained like 2-3 lbs in their first tri, so I felt like I was gaining too much.  But then I figured I am not eating that bad, and I'm eating what I physically can eat without feeling yucky, so my body is probably doing what it's supposed to do.  As long as you're not eating cake and cookies all day long I'm sure you're fine
