ears clogging after exercise

does this happen to anyone else? It only started recently, but every time I workout, right after and for about an hour or two my ears are clogged. 

I'm wondering if there is anything I can do.

I often get ear problems too! I will hear an echo type sound in just one ear after intense exercise. It hasn't happened as much lately, due to me cutting back on the intesity...but it is super annoying when it happens! I have tried blowing my nose before, during and after and that sometimes helps.
