Weird. Thats my name and I get compliments from where I'm from all the time I love having a boys name for any mothers who are confused on wether or not their daughter will "like" their name.

I'm not naming my child after myself. Just seeing if the name as is popular elsewhere as it is here. As for glitter and rainbows...yes sometimes people make mistakes, that's what makes it an imperfect world.
Great minds must think alike though because my sons name is Nolan
Jordan Leigh would be a major step up, although I dislike both names. Why the misspelling? Besides, Jordan is so dated - very 1990s. I would seriously reconsider using a more contemporary name (and/or a name that isn't indicative of any decade - i.e. a classic name) and a correctly spelled name.

Ditto. My sister's name is Jordan, and she was born in '92. I expect any Jordan I meet to be about her age.

Pretty! I can see that there might be gender confusion when spoken, but certainly not written. And they're both unisex names depending on the spellings. I like it!

My youngest sister is JORDAN and was born in 1995.
The name's NMS but at least spell it properly.

My 3 year old nieces name is Jordan Leigh and she is all girl, so I'm fine with it, but I know the OP was just trying to stir up drama, so that's my only comment for now!

Does it really matter what a group of hormonal women think of YOUR baby's name? I will leave my opinion out of the discussion for that very reason, and believe you should name your child what YOU love!
Re: Jordyn Leigh for a girl?
Too masculine.

This. I'd do a much more feminine MN if you're set on Jordyn.
